Non-scale victory of the week!
I made the salad dressing I've been planning to for months. it's olive oil rice wine vinegar sesame oil and spices. And it's so much healthier than the stuff you buy in the store. also the exercises are becoming easier thank goodness.

get the kids too bed earlier so I could get the sleep I need.

I might have to go to much less carbs to lose the weight that I want to plus regain energy plus hopefully help the pain in my arms.
