Non-scale victory of the week!
I resisted so much food this week. donuts (my weakness), pizza and many others things just my family wanted me to take a bite of. I also snacked on apples when I wanted a snack.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
prepped more meals. I ran out and wasn't prepared one day BUT still managed to pull something healthy together last minute.
