Non-scale victory of the week!

I resisted so much food this week. donuts (my weakness), pizza and many others things just my family wanted me to take a bite of. I also snacked on apples when I wanted a snack.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

prepped more meals. I ran out and wasn't prepared one day BUT still managed to pull something healthy together last minute.

not eating the smores treat that the rest of my family enjoyed AND walking passed bakery treats in our breakroom MULTIPLE times yesterday without grabbing one because I wanted to hit my goal

I definitely did better with not binging on junk food at a random stressed out moments. got more workouts in too! feeling good and feeling determined :)
