After falling on ice last month and getting injured, I actually gained weight this cycle 😔. All the more determined to make March happen! Congrats to everyone who made progress in February. It was a tough month!

Focus on your eating. I've had several foot/ankle surgeries in the past 18 months and am just now getting back to being able to do some walking (just sort walks) and restricted exercise. I'm down 19 pounds since Jan 1 and it has all been due to diet. You can do it!
