I reached my goal for the week and setting another of another 2 lbs. I am staying consistent with my intermittent fasting. I Don know if it's helping with my weight loss, but I do like that I'm no longer eating all times of night

I have worked out and/or walked 30 mins. haven't quite made the 60ozs a day, the closest I get is about 50ozs. I will continue to push forward and make strides.
