I walked over 5K in steps so far for one day instead of combined week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

omg it’s been so hard detoxing from going out to eat. so far been 4 days! I am really focusing on eating at home. I do better and less Temptations. So I’m proud I’ve gone 4 days!
