Non-scale victory of the week!

the week of 1/11 was awful for me! We share 2 of our children with my husbands ex wife. when they came home last week, it was so overwhelming for me. I couldn’t properly meal prep and I was so busy! THIS week I have been doing great but I’ve been so guilty over last week. This is the true struggle of weightloss!
