Hello All! I am super excited to get back on track with my weight loss journey. I have been able to lose 50 lbs on my own, but have recently hit a road block. This is my first DietBet challenge and I'm hoping that it will keep me motivated and more accountable. I am also starting the 2b Mindset program for the first time tomorrow. Does anyone have any hints or helpful tips for a rookie?

With 2B mindset, you'll get on the scale every day. My advice is to not let that freak you out. Don't obsess over all the tiny fluctuations, just recognize it as one piece of the picture - just one data point. It'll move in the right direction as long as you follow the eating plan. Good luck! You’ve got this! I find that oatmeal for breakfast helps keep me full until lunch and I don’t feel the need to snack in the am

  • Hi all! I’m 2 1/2 months postpartum from having my first baby and going back to work tomorrow! Soooo nervous for all these changes but I’ve been excited to get back into DietBet. I’ve done lots before and was just celebrating 50lbs lost last year in may when I found out I was pregnant. Now I’m back and ready to slim back down so I can be active with my daughter! A couple of years ago, I made it my goal to lose 50 lbs and focus on my nutrition/exercise.. I did it and I did so well for so long, even with the whole pandemic. Ugh.. recently, I put on about 20 pounds and I'm just disgusted with myself.. my clothes are tight and I just feel gross. So here I am, ready to get back on track with living healthy. DietBet always helps me with accountability. Let's do this!
