I was able to stay on the macros and meal plan this week. Doing meal prep helped with staying on track.

Completed meal prep, completed all my workouts, stayed on course with nutrition, hit all water goal numbers.

I could tighten up the times I’m eating, getting to bed earlier, and get more steps in daily.
