Let the ROBINs Unite! I'm friending you in this Jillian game since we both are named Robin. I have about 100 lbs to lose, and have just started this DietBet site a week ago. I like the concept of this site. We can make money or break even... rather than paying money to lose weight. I am also a member of the Jillian Michaels 360 Program.

just saw your post about CrossFit! I've been doing it for about 5 months.. my main suggestion is don't compete with others, set small goals for yourself (like for 150 wall balls, I would do 15 on the minute, for 10 minutes), write down weights you use so you can watch yourself get stronger, an definitely take rest days when you need them. keep up the good work.. CrossFit is amazing!
