  • When I’m at work, I often don’t get to eat lunch until 4pm, so it’s important I have something filling and that I’m looking forward to. This salad with Buffalo Shrimp hit the spot today.

Please tell me I am not alone in this... but I had a dream last night that I ate an entire cake... like a birthday cake... not a slice, the entire thing and then did not want to weigh myself in the dream. When I woke up I was afraid to step on the scale. Please tell me others have had dreams of binging!!!

I have not binged in over a month and I am guessing this has something to do with it but geeezzz.

I've had vivid dreams where I wake up wondering if it truly did happen, but never any with food...if I did though, I would be satisfied with a Calorie free cake

Do not try to differentiate so much as good foods and bad foods. It will create cravings and make you want to binge.

What do you guys eat if you're on a super tight budget, and live paycheck to paycheck? I buy food on payday (frozen veggies, eggs, some meat) but run out of $ to buy anything for the next week and a half. Ideas on what to buy that's cheap, and lasts long? Thanks!

When I lived paycheck to paycheck, I would purchase chicken thighs (always cheaper than breasts), eggs, frozen veggies, rice and canned marinara. I wouldn't buy anything to drink because water was free at the house.

One thing that really opened my eyes, was following the "serving size" portion listed. If my bag of frozen veggies said it contained 4 servings, you bet I was portioning it out into 4 servings.

  • These two photos are 4 weeks and 1 day apart! 😍 In the last 4 weeks, I’ve continued meal planning, I’ve used my food scale, I’ve taken the extra trips to bring things in the house from the car rather then having Mario grab them, and I started going for walks at the gym. I am excited to keep my motivation going with felicias dietbet and a few others I joined! As of last weekend Im 26 pounds down from my highest weight, but more importantly I’m back in my happier mood and I’m feeling amazing. I still have a ways to go to get back to where I was in my wellness journey prior to getting pregnant with Luca, but if I can feel amazing, and eat the foods that I love while doing it, then I’m in no rush to get there, that’s a win win in my book! I’ll get there eventually with consistency 🙏👏????

So I caught myself today. Not sure if that happens to any of you, getting my daughter her dessert and almost taking a bit of it... I quickly realized what I was doing and was like wait duh no. I know it won’t kill me, but I’m trying to stay away and sometimes it’s just straight up habit eating my kids food. Lol

I just tried it yesterday for the first time!! And of course had it again today!! I used Vanilla Premier Protien though..soo good!

I’m having the same right now!
Eddie - I usually use about 1/3 the premier carton and full the rest of the cup up with coffee! (I should add my cup is a big yeti, so it’s still 2/3 or more coffee)
