What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not have my cheat meal on Sunday. It's been 3 days and it threw my weight off completely. It'll be another day or 2 to get back to where I was.

Zero Fast Food!!!!! No cravings!! Very headstrong!!!

Last night I had a few extra grams of potato salad around 8pm. That could have been the difference of a cleaner diet

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

To prep a meal plan and have it ready every week in small containers. To sleep an hour earlier than my norm and to wake up early before work and go for a walk. Then after work, do a Joel workout on beach body.
