Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I strive to be happy with my body as it is... over 8 years of pregnancy and babies and breastfeeding it had changed SO Much. I am mostly happy with how I look, but this last year I have started to HURT. My joints (knees, back and hips) are always sore, especially after a long day at work (I'm a nurse). I am a super busy mom of 3 wild kiddos, I work full time, and commiting to taking care of my body is always last on the priority list. This year I want to change that!!

oooh this is a good one. Minimum 7 hours sleep each night, minimum 2 litres of water per day, and minimum 100g protein daily and a dinner plate worth of veggies.
