Thanks, Erin! Apparently it helps to not eat ice cream nearly each day, have a beer with dinner, or mindlessly snack throughout the day. Thanks so much for starting this. I really needed the kick in the pants. Now to keep it up for another 3 weeks! Good luck with Halloween night! xo
