Don't worry! The refs are working so hard! They are flying through the weigh-ins and I still saw about 8,000 each time I looked. It's a huge job, but they're getting there!

I did a dry January and ate 100% clean Keto this month. Added in the row machine every day this month... averaged 25 minutes a day and more than 5k meters. Really feeling fantastic. I rowed 159,269 meters this month! Hoping I can keep it going...

Right? No late night snacking is my Everest. I just learned a breathing exercise called 4-7-8 (look it up there are hundreds of videos on it) you breathe in through your nose for 4 seconds..hold for 7 and breathe out your mouth for 8 - place your tongue on the ridge behind your that 4 times in a row...really helps relax and focus and you will fall asleep easier. It helps!

  • Do you agree with this weight loss tip?  Don’t exercise when you start a diet.  The idea is twofold: 1. Cutting calories can cause fatigue and you may be too tired to workout. Which can also lead to giving up altogether. 2. At the beginning of your weight loss plan, you should focus on your diet because it matters more. Putting all your energy into healthy eating, you set yourself up for quicker results and staying motivated longer.  What do you think?

I agree! I get too overwhelmed trying to tackle both diet and exercise at once. I do light exercise like walking but mostly focus on the diet now because I wasn’t super active before. Later I’ll up my workout intensity so that I don’t hit a plateau.

I completely agree! If you try and do too much at once then you are setting yourself up for failure.

I want to make some updates to my bedroom, so for every 10 pounds I lose I am making an update. Starting out small like organizing baskets, and lamps, curtains, and moving up to bedside table, rug, painting the walls.
