Non-scale victory of the week!
I lost a pound of visceral fat! through the whole month that didn't change until today! I was gaining weight for a bit there but I watched a few videos about how you need rest days to build muscle and muscle burns fat so I took more rest days than I'd like and lost 4 lbs!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I wish I lost the goal weight and gotten to 199, but its ok. I really wish I wasn't so hard on myself.

keep up with the rest days! start: intermittent fasting, protein shakes, fish oils, and magnesium gel.
