  • Today I hit 100 pounds lost!
It took me three years to do it, but I know it's not coming back and that feels so good!
If you are struggling, just keep pushing little by little. If I can do it, so can you!

  • I'm seriously thinking I got abducted by aliens last night. I woke up exhausted and my fitbit registered over 8k steps, 4 miles, and a high heart rate about 3:30am. I have no memory.

I was thinking it would be cool and motivating if we could share our “why” for losing weight with each other! For me I’m a nursing student and I first hand am seeing how much being overweight affects my patients in their later years. I care for them so much and want them to reach the best level of health that they can...which made me realize that I’m not doing that for myself! So here’s to being healthy guys ❤

I've been on a weightloss/healthier living journey for 2 and a half years. I want to be around and active for my kids for a very long time. So far, I've lost about 70 pounds. I want to hit the 100 pound mark this year before a Gala I am attending in November. Last year with Covid I gained 30 of those pounds back, and have lost them again. So I'm pushing forward. Hoping this helps keep me accountable and on track, because I hate losing money, lol

I am 35 and tired of feeling like garbage. I’ve always struggled with my weight and had little to no energy. I’ve been working out every day for almost 3 months and working on my nutrition everyday. I want to enjoy life. It’s terribly short. Good luck to you all!! Happy to be here with all of you.
