Hi Julie. Regarding tummy exercise I found its a losing battle. My body puts fat there and it doesn't matter what I do to the muscles there, the fat stays. The only thing I've found to combat "potato belly" or "muffin top" is to cut out carbs. Try it for a few weeks and see if that starts to go away.
