Non-scale victory of the week!

I'm feeling stronger. not losing weight like I'd like, but I think that's cause I'm putting back on some muscle.

eating right, as always. but I wasn't awful this week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Lyra, Hammock, Krav 2x, Kickboxing 3x, Dance 2x, and Crossfit! I did so much this week!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

didn't walk enough. shouldn't have ordered Indian food.... hard to regret it though.
