Non-scale victory of the week!

I was able to put on a bikini for the first time ever in life and looked good in it! I also met my goal of running 1 mile in 10 minutes. I have been doing it in just under that.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have gotten up on Monday and hit the gym instead of going back to sleep because I was tired.

Went to the gym everyday I was off.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Ate better. Last week was nurses week and my job got catered food from Panera all week. I ate more bread and soup than I normally would. I could have definitely done better with this.

I received several compliments from people saying how good I look and encouraging me to keep up the work.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Gone to the gym. I usually do at least 3 days per week. This week I missed Monday because I was too exhausted to get up. Because I’m already limited in the days I can go due to my long shifts I need to do better at going no matter the excuse on the days I am supposed to go.

Go to the gym all 3 days I am supposed to go and continue eating healthy. Cinco de mayo is approaching us and I need to stay committed even through that.

Went and joined boxing because I was getting bored at the gym. Although I wasn’t the fastest in class I made it through the end of each class.

I don’t feel I could have done better this week. I accomplished every goal I set this week so I am happy about it.
