Non-scale victory of the week!

Being more focused, motivated, and centering my life around being more healthy.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not be tempted to eat more than I should no matter how delicious or how much I want to.... because it's not worth the consequence of gaining weight.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Worked out for 4 hours today! I've come too far to stop now. I'm so proud of myself with sticking with my new healthy lifestyle.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to seize any and every opportunity to be active. If I need groceries I should walk to the store and then carry the bags home. This way I'm walking and lifting weights technically.

Been eating less, more careful of how much I'm eating, being strong in saying no when people insist on me having ice cream milkshakes with them.

I could have not ate food when I'm not hungry. Not give in to social pressures when unhealthy eating habits are involved.
