I just realized I did 3 weigh ins for 3 games . I was having a hard time getting the picture ...took forever . Only 1 picture had my word . Will the other 2 be able to use that and how ? I have been waiting about 6 hours for verification. Help

  • I have not been feeling good the past few days. So haven’t been able to get a workout in. Today was the first day I felt like a human again and had enough energy to get moving and do something. I also got a new pair of workout clothes delivered today. And that alone was just the best. So what a better sign to get back at it is a new pair of workout clothes to break in. So that what I did. I threw them on jumped on the Max trainer and got a sweat on. Yes I went a little slower then normal but I did it. I didn’t let me getting me sick knock me off track. I used to have ever excuse in the book to not do it after getting sick. But this time my mind is in a different place. If I can do it so can you. Don’t let ANYTHING or ANYONE knock you off track. Because you CAN do this. I am doing this for ME. Because my health is important. Because I AM important. Because I AM WORTH IT! 💪

I made it to 1 lb from goal for this DB!! This is my first DB ever and I’m so amazed at what I’ve done this far this month/year.... I always pushed off signing up for these things because I thought it was just a loss of money (because I never thought I’d lose the amount of weight needed). This time is different tho, both me and my boyfriend are focusing on being healthier, and I’ve been consistent for 3 weeks now on WW. This is the longest I’ve tracked weighed and ate all within my points (and some weeklies) but not going over. This feels so unreal but it’s where I’m at!! Now to keep working it til weigh in for that last lb.

  • Opinions!! Just finished 21 day fix yesterday so you guys take a rest day if you’re finishing one program and moving on to another? I kind of want a rest day and to just walk or something but kind of feel like even one rest day for me makes it hard to get back at it. Triggers my old habits of one rest day turning into two then into weeks months years. Just curious what you all do?
