  • I had to weigh in yesterday for my maintainer game. Is was able to use that weigh in for my transformer games. I came in 1.2 pounds under my goal weight. Stepped on the scale again this morning to see the same weight 2 days in a row. CHA-CHING!!!!

Serious question….
Leaving for vacation on the morning of May 28th won’t be back until June 5th??? How can I weigh in? Going to NYC for family fun trip — not into packing a scale. I’ve made my weight. Any ideas? Desperate for ideas. Not been with DietBet long so I don’t know all the ins and outs…. but love it and love all the people and positive energy. Please help. Thank you all in advance. Hugs!

  • Awww, only a 0.2 lb loss from last week, but I know it’s because I didn’t stay under the calorie goal. It’s so hard!!! I have been doing some HIIT workouts from a challenge in WayBetter, but it ends Sunday. We will see what next week brings after the tooth extraction!

Thank you! Thankfully it’s been much better than I expected! I haven’t had to take any pain medication, but I’ve also been limiting myself to protein drinks and a few soft foods (avocado and pasta so far). Hopefully all will continue on track! :blush::thumbsup:

I’m not going to make it again this month. I can’t believe it. I felt so good at the beginning of the month. It’s been a tough one. I’m starting to feel like I’m losing hope. I need to find that motivation again. Thankfully I haven’t gained back the little bit I’ve lost. I’m going to keep going, even if slow.

Don’t give up. We all get into slumps sometimes. I am just climbing out of mine. I was doing great, won a few diet bets in a row, then got pretty lax with my eating habits. I was just maintaining instead of moving forward. I’ve realized where I went wrong and am ready to get back on track. It doesn’t matter how quickly you get to your goal, just keep going!

  • One word. CONSISTENCY!

    Yep! That’s it! Eat well consistently (treats in moderation of course!), exercise consistently, show up for yourself consistently, and LOVE yourself through every stage consistently!

    If I can do this, so can you!!! 36 lbs down and 25 inches smaller - 9 of those inches are off my waist alone ❤

    I hit bumps along the way and didn’t eat well every single day but I kept showing up for myself and I’m so damn proud of myself! I did it all at home too! I’m sure hoping I hit this months goal! I’m about half a pound away but keep going up and down each day haha

  • First run of the year and first run on our new treadmill! Did the Horizon Fit 8 program which is 20 minute interval run. Definitely got my heart rate up!
