Non-scale victory of the week!

This week was a tough work week. I usually eat when I am stressed. I am proud that I was able to resist most temptations.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have done more exercising. I always do 5km a day walking or more. But I need to up my endurance.

I am new to diet bet. I walk every day and make sure I get at least 10,000 steps and I hike once a week. I need to up my game. I am feeling very unhealthy and not comfortable in my own skin. I want to kids to see that their mom can be healthy and confident!
