I’m running SO much faster. tried on a swimsuit today and didn’t hate it!

less junky food when I have extra space in my calories

some of my clothes fit nicely now! SUPER win! Also, my running times plummeted in two races this week.

I could have avoided crappy sugary foods and pizza when I had achieved a decent calorie deficit.

I could’ve done better at making wiser choices I’m eating situations outside my scheduled/structured eating plan. as soon as I step out into the real world, I act like it’s all a special occasion and eat anything.

when I wanted to binge eat while watching tv, I opted for veggie noodles with mushrooms, and a side of a bell pepper!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

honestly, I did awesome. exceot the weekend. went a little too far on the treats. I’m looking forward to adding more strength exercises in, and maybe working on increasing protein in my diet.

just plain feeling great. energized, proud of myself, and excited about how I am already starting to see changes.

I could have integrated more strength/toning workouts. but that will come! this past week was all about food.

made better substitutions to cut down on calories (skip the fresh Parmesan in grits!), and cut back on the daily sweets/snacks.
