The night I signed up for Diet Bet, I woke up with food poisoning. I’m still very sick so my goal for this upcoming week is more hydration and focus on getting better.

Starting a new challenge.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I ended a challenge a week ago and did great with it but my problem is after they end I binge as a “reward” for winning. After binging so much, it’s really hard to get back on track and I just gain back all the weight I lost. I really want to work on staying on track and figuring out “rewards” for myself that aren’t junk food.

Usually I get to 153, get stuck and can’t go under that. Then I go back to eating unhealthy and gain weight back. Well THIS TIME I ACTUALLY DID IT! I weighed in this morning at 151.7.

Doing meal prep, even though I didn’t stick to it like I should have. I got a gallon sized water jug and have been drinking the entire thing every day.

Everything. I let stress get to me and ate a ton of junk the past two days.

I love junk food, I have low energy from health problems and my food choices are limited from having Celiac disease.
