Stayed on my calorie allotment even though I wanted to eat all the things.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

MORE SLEEP. I don't know what the heck is going on, but I keep waking up several times a night the last four days. Truly sucks.

I resisted quite a few things my husband brought home on the fly. Instead, I planned for two treats this week that fit into my calories.

I could have been a bit earlier to bed. I got my goal sleep 5/6 days, but it was disjointed.
