1/10th of a pound off. My scale only calculates at 5/10th of a lb so I bought a new scale for tomorrow morning. I refuse to not make it by 1/10 of a lb.

  • A year ago today I lost my only baby girl in the second trimester. After that, I didn’t care about what I ate and gained all the weight I am trying to lose in this game. I am working really hard to get healthy again, but tonight I am eating a small piece of cake for my sweet daughter, and a glass of wine for me.

Oof... totally failed this month. I struggled with real life and my health took a total back burner. Took a huuuuge step back in progress and now I will practically be starting over.

Thinking about a gym every day challenge in april... hmmmmm

  • Sometimes you don’t make your goal weight... but this is the difference from December - Today (March 4th). I went from pant size 22 to pant size 14 (pictured, but I actually ended up in a 12!) I’m going to hit this next goal though!

I use MFP to track my calorie intake but stay within my set macro % by eating clean nutritious food (proteins, veggies, & fruits)

I'm not following any one "diet" I'm meal planning counting both macros and calories scheduling two meals and two snacks plus one treat a day. To that I'm Adding Hiit and dance. I know it sounds like a lot but it's not as bad as it sounds.

Hi - I'm currently in another Transformer that started Jan 1. I also did several Kickstarters that started that same date. So far, I'm holding my own and making my goals. My initial personal goal was to lose 60 lbs by July (that is a very ambitious 25% of my starting weight - 1% each week). I lost 10 lbs in January and have 50 more to go. I really like the positive vibe and the sense of commitment and community in the Transformers, so I signed up for another one. I look forward to getting to know you all over the next 6 months.

Leahs losing it

I started another transformer in January too. I like the idea of overlapping the bets so that I never have the time off. That’s when the weight has crept up in the past. Best of luck to you! We can do this :clap::clap::clap:
