Non-scale victory of the week!

This past week I have been very depressed. I have been in pain from my arthritis and couldn't do my walking. I ate foods not for their nutritional value but for flavor and comfort level. Thus I gained four pounds. I almost didn't submit my weight-in because if I don't write it down it isn't there. Right? But I gave myself a pep talk and decided to just do it. I will lose this weight as my pain subsided yesterday afternoon and I am walking in the morning. I am praying I can be faithful to me this coming week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Talk through my depression instead of eating my way through it.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

While there is always room for improvement I think I did really well considering I am recovering from COVID. I finally got my energy back and I am beginning to work out more.
