I’m having some reoccurring pain in one of my feet so couldn’t take a long walk like I wanted but took a short one and did a strength training workout off my feet!

  • It's time for the 2nd Challenge: The Fitness Challenge!

    Monday-Friday: Get a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise in each day. Walking, jogging, swimming, elliptical, sports, weight lifting whatever you want........Your choice. Just get your heart pumping, and muscles working! You can break it up into segments if you need to.

    ** Starting on Friday there will be a post asking if you completed the challenge, that is where you will comment if you completed it. You will have until Saturday at 12 PM (noon) PST to report in. Everyone who completes this challenge and reports in will get their name in the drawing for a $20 Amazon gift card!

    This is not required, but at least once during the week, post about what you did for a workout. It will help give the rest of us some good ideas, encouragement, and motivation!

    **Please let me know if you need any modifications due to injury or health.

Congrats all who won this bet along with me!! I must say that my biggest relief after going above and beyond this game's goal is that I am in the "Normal" BMI weight range!! I haven't been in this range since about 20 years ago!!

I hope that I’ve said my final goodbye to the 17.3 pounds lost during this challenge. I was hoping for more of a buffer with my weigh out but considering all the traveling and family visits over the last few weeks- I’m thrilled with my 0.2 pound buffer

I have struggled throughout this whole dietbet going up and down the same 3-4 lbs. As a result I did not reach my final goal for this game, but i have not given up or gone back to old habits so it still feels good to be where Im at - which is 12lbs lighter & 6.5 inches smaller.

And as we finish this journey, im once again very grateful for dietbet & all of you that have helped me along the way just by sharing your stories. Congratulations to everyone in this group, and I hope to see you again in the next game! Unless youve reach your goal weight, then I hope to never see you here again 😂
