Maintaining a fairly healthy standard for breakfast
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have done a better job maintaining my diet all in all. My long-time friend moved in with me this last week, while she's in between places, and we tend to go a bit ham. I am trying to do a better job of resisting the urge to do things like drink socially now that everyone always has a beer in their hands. Those calories add up.
