Non-scale victory of the week!

being able to work out in the hot sun for hours and not complain. I also made a lot of fresh fruit and veggie meals.

This week I will begin training for the 5k. i will also get in 2 fruits and 2 veggies a day. I will get to ved by 10:30 and up by 6.

This week I will log 15 miles and strength train 4 days with Coach Ro. I will log 100k steps. I will also eat 2 fruits and 2 veggies a day. FinallyvI will get to bed by 10:30 amd up by 6am.
