    Many of you have probably already set a personal daily water goal for yourselves, how many ounces a day are you aiming for? How do you track your intake?

My water goal is is about 100oz/d. I have 40 and 30oz insulated tumblers that I fill with water and I have one with me literally at all times I can’t go anywhere without it :joy::joy:. I drink about 3 per day

I have a 25 oz water jug that I use regularly. Four times a day, I would drink from that jug. There's my one gallon:grin::100::heart:

Yes i am - I am doing jerf following Brittany’s recipes- also drink over 80 oz water daily - tried fasting - need to try that again

  • Week #3 Activity Challenge
    Let’s get moving! In addition to staying diligent with your eating goals, this week I challenge you to increase your activity! If you’re sedentary, pick a couple nights this week to go for a walk after dinner or take a beginner workout class on YouTube, if you’re very active find a way to really push yourself! Maybe turn it up a notch by adding something new you don’t normally do!

    Track your activities and report back next Sunday! This challenge will run from 5/10-5/16. I will post the thread that you check-in on Sunday 5/16 and the winner will be announced Monday.

    For my sedentary friends, aim for 2 to 3 days of activity.

    For my active friends aim for 5 or 6!

I joined and life got in the way! So.even though I missed the water challenge, imchlaaenong my self. The new veg I’m trying is a purple artichoke.


My new veggie has been cauliflower rice. I make a “rice” bowl topped with 4 - 5 oz. of grilled chicken.

    I think there’s a lie that’s been perpetuated in our society. In order for something to be sustainable it has to feel good. But motivation is fleeting, it comes and goes. I couldn’t anchor my success to my motivation or I would have been done for the first time Brady brought donuts home. I would have been sunk. So what did I anchor my success to?"

I loved your blog! It resonated so strongly with where I am at. It's not about motivation for me anymore. If I don't eat healthy (I have Hashimotos and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity), I feel like crap. If I don't drink enough water, I feel like crap. If I am not active, I feel like crap. Just like I need to care for my teeth so I brush and floss and go to the dentist, I have to take care of my body. And...when I have my bad days (today being one) where I go back to bed and don't want to face the world, it helps to have someone (my kids and my husband) to push me and remind me how important this is.
