Stop starting at the scale - rely solely on how you feel, how your clothes are fitting, and take measurements!!
Screw the Scale - Inches is where it's at! This will most likely be my last diet bet, doing these bets have really changed how I see the scale; chasing that Big number at the top is not healthy and I need to focus more on how I feel instead of being discouraged because I'm up 5 pounds since I started.

I finally made the time and effort to do the starting weigh in. Hopefully the photo's will be approved. It wasn't easy to do so. Fingers crossed. With a 7week old baby and 2 other kids running around it's been a little hectic. But I want to start losing the extra weight I gained during my final trimester.

As a mom of 4, I just wanted to comment and say to be gentle with yourself. I’m not sure if you’re breastfeeding, but I did with all of mine and I can never really loose weight until a year postpartum. Enjoy having a little squish in your house, you have your whole life to loose weight but they only stay little for so long. :heart:
