Proud of still continuing soups for lunch. Healthy and delicious.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

We had a great week. Beautiful weather we were out often. I don’t know that I would change anything this week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Soup for lunch is really working me. My accomplishment this weekend was ordering a salad vs. making an unhealthy sandwich.

My in-laws were in town and I found it difficult to find the time or privacy to workout.
