I made into the gym a twice this week. It has been several months since that has occured. Next weeks goal is to get there at least 3 times. I am tracking Sunday to Sunday for these goals.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Resisting bad food choices at work. Definetly need to avoid the sweets and treats while working. But I did sign up as part of the walking challenge thru work. That will be a good motivator to stay active. Ready to get this extra wieght off and start feeling like myself again.
