Ok! 5pm and I finally got today’s barre blend workout in- later than usual for me, but got it done and feel amazing!! Today’s morning meditation I chose was ‘I am resilient’ because I knew I had a crazy busy day, and that I’d try to make excuses otherwise (have you been there?). The meditations are KEY for me!! I also took Larkin on another walk and ran around the yard with him chasing squirrels

Love this mediation...I AM resilient. Surgery on my leg yesterday was supposed to be minor, turned out to be more extensive and more stitches and no working out for 2 weeks...argh! But I can do this!!

Checking in!!! Which hybrid calendar are you doing, and did you get it Done Today?? For my nutrition/ movement so far this morning:
6:30am blended coffee with 1 tsp coconut oil
7:30am walk / run the hills with Larkin
11:30am: beachbar
1pm- shakeology (recipe in my meal plan doc)

Just started, did day one yesterday the BB summit workout from last year plus core enhancement. Wow! Jelly legs!


Started Round 2 last week - have been really (like REALLY) under the weather and in pain this week - not much movement.
Debating whether or not to jump back into my Round 2, do a hybrid, start the year long, or a combo!

Alright friends!!! Day 1!! I did the new barre blend calendar I dropped in the links and it was 🔥🔥! Here is what I’ve had to eat so far today: 5:15am organic coffee blended with 1/2 tsp coconut oil // 11am shakeology (recipes in my meal plan doc). I plan to have a late lunch around 2pm- salmon & avocado sushi (light rice) and a small salad (arugula, tomatoes & primal kitchen dressing)! How are you doing so far today?
