Yalda, I hate you have stayed sick thos go around.i hope you feel better soon! I started this diet bet hoping I would be as motivated as last year's diet bets but I am not doing well at all with tracking, moving. I am just having the hardest time gettig back into it. =/

Good noise is the worst! I’ve found that intermittent fasting has helped a lot in the past. Gives your brain time to get rid of the fog, and your body time to use the energy it has stored. Hope that helps:heartpulse:

  • Hi sorry to be confusing ..brand name is the infinity hoop , like a hula hoop you swing the ball around in circles trims the waist and makes me sweat. This is a knockoff I bought used for 10$ .
    The thing works if you do. As you get thinner you remove a link to keep it snug fitting .good luck
    Look online locally you'll see all varieties.
