I just make these up with whatever fruit I have but I like the frozen tropical with dragon fruit! Just add some Greek yogurt, chia seeds, spinach and almond milk.

I’ve recently started drinking powdered greens several times a day - it’s absolutely helped with my sugar cravings that have been overwhelming me for the last 6 months.

  • WELCOME FRIENDS! Just stopping by real quick to say hello and let you know how excited I am to have you join us for the Summer Shape Up challenge! Weigh-ins begin as early as Sunday the 30th but you have up until the second week of the game to officially weigh in. I want you to know that there is a weekly weigh-ins hosted by Dietbet, but the only weigh-ins that are officially required of you is the one at the beginning of the game and the one at the end of the game. For fun I like to host my own weekly challenges with fun incentives and prizes (cookbooks, gift cards, etc.) to keep the game exciting so be on the look out for those! I loved your blog! It resonated so strongly with where I am at. It's not about motivation for me anymore. If I don't eat healthy (I have Hashimotos and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity), I feel like crap. If I don't drink enough water, I feel like crap. If I am not active, I feel like crap. Just like I need to care for my teeth so I brush and floss and go to the dentist, I have to take care of my body. And...when I have my bad days (today being one) where I go back to bed and don't want to face the world, it helps to have someone (my kids and my husband) to push me and remind me how important this is.

We are in a lockdown still so it's a home weekend! I'll pick up my groceries to meal prep for a great week so I can indulge a little next Sunday for mother's day :hearts::bouquet:
