DB don't get all of that 25%. The DB host gets a percentage, and all those referees have to be paid and then there are the platform costs.


$23,000 still seems too high of a percentage. 10-15% seems more reasonable

  • I survived leg day! 💜

    I had some pretty serious cravings this past weekend with my monthly friend approaching. I had a day where I started picking and searching high and low for junk food 😂 honestly, glad I’ve been better with what I get at the grocery store, because that could’ve ended badly. I overate a bit on some trail mix and dug a little into the peanut butter... but was able to stop unlike with some other snack foods where I lack the self control!

    Seeing slow progress during this diet bet but I’m so glad that I started, because if I didn’t I could’ve just kept gaining.

    Let’s have a great third week together!!

Yeppers same here. Unfortunately we do have ‘junk’ food in our house due to hubs n kids, and I overindulged on chips and cheese n crackers. Ugh. New day, new week!

After seeing so much success last fall, I immediately packed it back on so far this year.

I went from being a stay at home mom that worked a few hours a week as a VA to a Project Manager for a software company at 40+ hours in a matter of weeks.

I’ve been sitting far too much, and worse, stress eating the silliest of foods and not drinking enough water.

I turned 41 a week ago and I know I need to commit to my health for real again.

I get it! Heading to 40 and wanting to make sure I can be at my healthiest. I sit working from home full time too. We can do this! I have no doubt the warmer weather will help too.


Spoke w/my pt this week bc working/sitting was hurting; they literally gave me rx to stand for work at a counter or find way to elevate computer as a standing desk; immediate improvement after just a week. Try it; def helps!
