Good luck. A gf just had hers emergency removed and was tough moving around for several weeks. Maybe some weights in seated chair exercises?

I do great on the mornings with meditations workout food up until about 4pm...maybe save my protein shake until then?? Tips for the 4pm munchies?

I am big on a rice cake with barely a smear of peanut butter and like 5 or 6 mini semi sweet chips on top. Or strawberries or blackberries.

    Ive been trying to simplify my eating during the day. My schedule is usually back to back so I’m always eating while working.

    Lately, I’ve been having avocado toast, a single serving chobani yogurt, my Shakeology.. I’m in a good rhythm with those foods during the day, but I’m wondering what other people that have busy daytime schedules eat for when I want to switch things up.

Being prepared and having a routine like you do has been helpful to me. I typically eat the same thing for breakfast and lunches and switch up things week to week.

I’ve been using colored peppers cut in half or 1/4 depending on the size and filling with any protein, tuna, salmon, left over chicken, hummus...it’s been a life saver for me.

After seeing so much success last fall, I immediately packed it back on so far this year.

I went from being a stay at home mom that worked a few hours a week as a VA to a Project Manager for a software company at 40+ hours in a matter of weeks.

I’ve been sitting far too much, and worse, stress eating the silliest of foods and not drinking enough water.

I turned 41 a week ago and I know I need to commit to my health for real again.

Spoke w/my pt this week bc working/sitting was hurting; they literally gave me rx to stand for work at a counter or find way to elevate computer as a standing desk; immediate improvement after just a week. Try it; def helps!

  • Good morning beautiful people! I have been stuck at a plateau for quite a while, sitting at almost exactly the same weight for about two weeks. Saw today the scale had gone down... by .2 lbs, so I know not much, but I’m hoping this means I’ll be trending down again. Was honestly just so relieved to see it go down, it’s been discouraging seeing it either stay the same or go up slightly for two weeks. Fingers crossed I can keep going!

  • Alright crew!! Here is a pic of my dinner last night!! Fresh Thai lettuce wraps!!! Chopped carrots/ all color bell
    Peppers/ zucchini/ & summer squash (add any veggies you LIKE!!) and rice Thai noodles. Top with primal kitchens sesame Asian dressing & a squeeze of lime! I topped mine with chopped peanuts & scallions (optional). Add I added avocado for healthy fats!! Wrap in romaine leaves and enjoy! No utensils needed!
