Non-scale victory of the week!
I drink green tea instead of coffee in the morning. I have a struggle with creamers even tho I chose a better kind organic coconut milk creamer. I’ve been eating more sweet potatoes and veggies. That’s a plus!

going to the gym consistently using the treadmill for walking. I walk for one hour. That’s a plus!
