Hey I saw your post earlier and I just wanted to say to not get discouraged! I know I did my first time. Some people only have a few pounds to lose and them there are people (like me) that weigh in the day they start their period at the end if the day which probably made them a few pounds heavier than normal. It all evens out in the end. Remember slow and steady keeps it off!
