Non-scale victory of the week!

Nothing.. I basically failed. My husband and I decided we wanted to try for a baby and I just gained weight because I wasn’t focusing if my health journey.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Just losing the weight has made me more active. And my kids are loving it!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Workout I keep not doing much of that.. just more or less changed my diet a little and my portions. And it’s just falling off! :)

I’m in the 100’s again! That in its self is a amazing feeling/achievement! I’m pretty happy with my self. Now just getting back to pre-pregnancy weight! 150’s!!!!
