As I write, it's 1 day and 17 hours before the 48-hour window starts - it starts just after midnight on Saturday 16th Pacific Time (0700 GMT) and therefore the deadline is as Sunday 17th ends Pacific Time (0700 GMT on Monday).

Oy vey. I took a step back and am now having to re-lose a bit… like almost all. I might be a miss on round 2. 😆 Back at it and thinking through what healthier things I could do for bbq season this long weekend. Any great ideas out there? Just got back into trying to learn to run… again. Lol. Glad this challenge is there to help hold me accountable for the next few months!

  • Hello! I jumped directly from a very successful kickstarter into this transformer and then promptly stopped putting in any effort. Ugh. I gained a few pounds over the past month but at least I’m not back to square one? It’ll take a miracle for me to reach my Round 2 goal, but I’m determined to not quit all together. Wish me luck!

  • This is me, carrying in a 15kg bag of dog food from the car. It's quite chunky. That's the amount of excess weight I'm carrying around all day long - it makes you think.

That’s a concrete reminder. There was a coach at school that made his track athletes run their events with 5 and 10lb goals, so that they feel how much harder they had to work. I like Hazel’s idea… and yours. But, maybe I’ll take it as I reach my goals. Thank you!

Wow!!! This hit me hard.

I have around 25kg to lose to get to my goal weight, and that bag of dog food really puts it in perspective. I’ve been implementing healthy habits but coasting a little. This post was a great reminder that I’m making progress but I would feel so much better if I was a bag of dog food smaller
