I work out almost daily and eat low carb, but I don’t see the scale moving for the past month!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

To be under 250 lbs.!!! My weigh in before my birthday in 2/16 was 249! I indulged on a low carb birthday cake and treats, so had to work my but off to get some of the weight off...but it’s been bouncing between 250-255 for the past month even with extra workouts.
