My non-scale victory of the week was continuing to write in my food journal and staying in a reasonable calorie range despite being sick.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I really feel that I did the best that I could since I was sick. I managed to get at least a mile walk in each day and do some light chores around the house to increase my NEAT.
