I don't get enough sleep, either. I'm a night person so when I get home from work at 11:15PM, I am wide awake until 2 or 3AM or later. It's definitely a struggle.

I’m not sure I’ll make this one but still going to push until the end as you never know! Had a couple of weeks of stalled weight loss, so I’m hoping I can power through in the last couple of weeks. Hope everyone is feeling positive!

    Thank you to all of you for choosing to play and commit to four weeks of changing your eating and exercise habits so that you can lose weight and become healthier.

    Thank you to everyone who has supported me, liked my posts or commented on my posts during the game. Your support has been sincerely appreciated and has kept me focused and on track.

    I hope you all reach your goals and are on the path to a healthy life! Unfortunately, I won't reach my goal this game but should end up with 6-7 pounds lost so it's a huge success for me!

Aileen - watch your sodium! I completely cut out all soda. I don’t put additional salt on anything. That has been my best change.

@DirtVixen: my normal/standard overnight fast is from 7pm till 9am next morning. Like you said it's very easy. I didn't know longer fasts could mess with my hormones. I will check that out. Thank you for sharing!

@Jeff: I'm loving the dialogue too! It's nice to know I'm not the only one doing this. And that there is more information to research than I already had.

I was up 5lbs today also...I know it's mostly water weight, but I do drink a gallon of water a day already. No matter the reason, seeing a 5lb gain is discouraging

  • I'm wondering...

    As many of you may know from my posts, I love to participate and motivate as many people as I can everyday. It's something that's a huge part of who I am and I am so thrilled to see so many people playing in this game.

    So that's got me wondering about hosting DietBet games again myself. I used to host games and had a pretty good following but then I stopped for awhile.

    I'm thinking now might be the time to start hosting again and trying to encourage and help as many people as possible as I continue my weight loss journey.

    I am thinking of hosting a game starting the day after this game ends. It would not be to step on anyone's toes because we can play in up to three games at a time simultaneously. Yeah lose the weight once and win three times as much money!

    So my question is this, if I was to create a game, would anyone here like to play in my hosted game, as well? If there's sufficient interest, I'd be thrilled to create a game and host it and support and motivate as many of you as possible just as Lexi does such an amazing job at doing.

    Helping others helps me and it keeps me focused and motivated on my goals so I'd really love to start doing this again and building a following for future games.

    Let me know when the comments below if you'd be interested in playing and if I get enough interest, I'll set up a game and let you all know.

Nataly- when I first started I was doing 25-30 net carbs. Now when I have low carb days I try and stay under 100 net carbs! Believe it not when doing a macro calculator 100 carbs is super low
