Non-scale victory of the week!
I am fitting into smaller shorts! Waist 40 now. It’s definitely a thrill to know my waist is going down.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Very stressful week. Although I worked out every day I wasn’t limiting my food portions well. I ate healthy choices but too much and then felt guilty for it.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Made cabbage soup that’s delicious and going to start making more vegetable soups because they’re very filling. As long as I keep losing I really don’t care at this point how long it takes. But I would like to keep losing 10 pounds a month so I’ll be at my goal weight in less than a year. It will be so great to wear a swimsuit next summer at 130 lbs.
