Non-scale victory of the week!

I am fitting into smaller shorts! Waist 40 now. It’s definitely a thrill to know my waist is going down.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Very stressful week. Although I worked out every day I wasn’t limiting my food portions well. I ate healthy choices but too much and then felt guilty for it.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Made cabbage soup that’s delicious and going to start making more vegetable soups because they’re very filling. As long as I keep losing I really don’t care at this point how long it takes. But I would like to keep losing 10 pounds a month so I’ll be at my goal weight in less than a year. It will be so great to wear a swimsuit next summer at 130 lbs.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I felt like I was doing good. Actually feeling stronger and my arms aren’t shaking with the arm weights anymore. But only losing 1 pound makes me wonder where I messed up.

I guess I need to workout more. I know I spend a lot of time reading that is just sitting

Working out more this week than last as my butcher knife injury isn’t slowing me down now. YES!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Ate a blueberry muffin and Whataburger Jr and spicy chili chips which aren’t the best but I felt so grateful for them I worked out hard.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Met my first month goal! So so happy about that. My feet aren’t swollen any more either which was a problem I had in March.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

First thing this morning while making coffee, I knocked a butcher knife off the counter and sliced my thigh and top of my foot. OUCH! Bleed for a couple hours and sore right now. So I’ll be hobbling probably for a couple days, but I still am going to be lifting weights workout daily. Every day focusing on my fitness.

Avoid restaurants and keep eating healthy at home. Drink a gallon of water each day.

Swelling is gone in my feet and ankles.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I like lifting weights but bicycling is uncomfortable so I recently switched from the bike to rowing on cross bow. Lots of exercises to do on it so I can do workouts now for 30 minutes straight in the morning.

Manage stress better and avoid watching the news. Tune the chaos out when I’m at home and reduce anxiety.

I found I do really well at home and making meals and eating healthy. But away from home I’m a different person, and fall into habits like eating at restaurants and ordering foods that aren’t the best and come in too large portion. I’m going to prepare a lot more meals at home and just choose not to eat out and take meals with me when I need to.

Not eat at restaurants.
