I did a 2; 4 hr fast. Able to wear a family ring I haven’t worn in a long time. i was a size 10.5 now am wearing a 9.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Less etoh, but I wasn’t drinking a bunch just didn’t do the 10 days without like planned.

I wore some jeans I hadn’t fit into for a long time.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not drank alcohol the few days I did and I took Mother’s Day as a cheat day & it really set me back-gained 3 lbs.
