My plan for this weekend: I’ll be home taking care of my two toddlers. It usually gets super crazy with me trying to tend to their needs, prepare their meals, keep up on the house needs etc. I’m going to pre-plan my meals today before I go pick them up from camp! That gives me one hour! Maybe I’ll even prep some food. Picking up more water this afternoon so I can meet my goal of 160oz every day! I haven’t lost any weight this game so far, I actually gained initially (my birthday, BBQs, excuses excuses) but I know exactly what I have to do so im going to DO IT! Also, Ilana mentioned sleep supplements on the call- I actually just started taking magnesium and low dose melatonin and it has made a world of difference. I just need to take them early enough so im not tired in the morning. Good luck! We can do it!!

I was doing great, down a few pounds, then mindlessly snacked on a bunch of m&ms at work, didn’t reach my water goal and I’m up 2lbs this morning. I have a goal that I want to get to by Monday…I know I can do it! I’m remembering Ilana saying “you can always lose it as fast as you gained it.” I’m planning for success today, will check in tomorrow am and let you all know how it goes!

I’d really like to prioritize sleep this month. If I can get up an hour before my kids then I can workout and start my water intake earlier. Tomorrow I’m home with the kids while my husband works. I’m planning a morning activity, maybe local playground before nap/rest time and afternoon play time. I’m going to plan my meals tonight to make it easy!

That sounds awesome. I started working out in the mornings also so I can have a little time for myself. Now it's actually a routine I absolutely love it. I do not sleep good anyway so getting my 6 hours of sleep is normal, although I absolutely try to get 8 hours it just doesn't work.

Prioritizing sleep is my biggest challenge. In the lat week, I have been able to get 6 hours of sleep a night for 5/7 nights and it feels amazing (after years of averaging 4 hours a night)

Let weight loss be easy this weekend!! Plan your water, your veggies, your workouts and your activities!! Weekends are a time for more sleep, more mindfulness and certainly more weight loss. What’s your plan???

Short hike carrying a large backpack and my 4-year-old on my shoulders! I felt strong! I treated myself to a creemee (what we call soft serve in VT) with my kids and I’m planning a veggie-full dinner and early bedtime!

My workouts are scheduled on my calendar and my water & veggies are ready to go!

Decided to do this diet bet while on vacation with my family after being sick and tired of "sitting on the sidelines" and accepting less for myself. After watching so many success stories and being frustrated with myself for not holding myself accountable and consistent, I decided to take the plunge and not wait until the perfect time because as everyone knows, there will always be an excuse. So when my family ordered pizza a couple of times, I ordered a salad. My son told me he was proud of me ❤. I'm at the airport and instead of caving and getting things that aren't going to give me success on my weight loss journey, I did a protein bar for a snack and burrito bowl with brown rice for lunch. This IS possible. Learning to take a deep breath and evaluate better choices. 👏

Good for you for realizing how important you are! Your son is so sweet for cheering you on!:heart:
Remember to tell yourself "I'm ok" if you start to crave old habits and fill your mind with reasons why you're making your health a priority. You can do this!!!

Thank you all :kissing_heart::kissing_heart::kissing_heart::kissing_heart:

I’ve been doing Ilana’s dietbets on and off and following 2B for over a year and I’m down about 35lb! I started grad school last month and also had a busy month with weddings and social events. I got off track and gained a few lbs. I know how to get it off with 2B but the hard part is I’m now in the cycle of eating sugar, drinking wine etc and I’m just having cravings and wanting to eat constantly! So I joined to get back on track with 2B. I know I’ll be more comfortable in my clothes and workouts with 4% less weight on me. Im having a hard time with time management…I have two toddlers and grad school and I just feel like I sit and write papers all day, then run around making the kids food and spending time with them (which I love and cherish) and I have no time to exercise or food prep! Ideas anyone? Love this community!

Take good care and just do what you can. Little changes add up over time.
